2.a Duration of the license and renewal

The licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required to be able to access updates, support and downloads for the products purchased.


Updates are included for free for one year. If you have valid and active keys and your extensions or themes support it, the updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extensions or themes do not support automatic updates, updates can be downloaded from the “My downloads” page in the “my account” area of ​​wpnetwork.it.

2.c Support services

Support for purchased plugins is granted for customers up to one year from the date of purchase through the Ticker system available in the Premium support area at https://wpnetwork.it/submit-ticket/

If you wish to receive assistance after a year, you must renew the license keys and purchase access to the Premium Support https://wpnetwork.it/submit-ticket/ by purchasing the plugin again.

2.d Refunds

If you believe that the product you purchased is not the most suitable for your needs within 30 days of purchase wpnetwork.it will reimburse the full price paid upon request.

Refund requests must be sent by ticket to the support help desk. To receive a quick reply, please let us know that you would like a refund, with a clear explanation of why you are not happy with the product.

We like to know where things have gone or how we can improve our work. No refunds are provided after 30 days from the date of purchase.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Features not illustrated in the documentation
  • Incompatibilities not demonstrable and not declared in the above mentioned documentation
  • Request a refund for the same product twice.
